Refund policy

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You will be responsible for the return shipment postage cost as well as the shipment of the exchanged product. If you received the wrong item or if it was legitimately damaged we will cover the postage.

Damages and issues
We check all items before we deliver them to ensure they are correct and in good condition. If you feel an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
If you received the wrong item or if it was legitimately damaged we will refund your money. Please double check your order before payment to avoid unnecessary unhappiness.
